If I could give Axxis LLC 100 stars, I would. I have worked in a service department before. I have seen the games. I have seen the pressure tactics. I have seen how easy it is for customers to get taken advantage of. So when I say Axxis is different, I mean that with my whole chest. This is hands down the best auto repair shop I have EVER been to. It is owned and operated by the kindest couple, and they have built an amazing team that clearly reflects who they are. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. Their pricing is INCREDIBLY fair. Not inflated. Not padded. Just honest. They fix what needs to be fixed and they do not try to “find” extra problems. No pressure. No scare tactics. No awkward upsell conversations. Just solid, reliable work done by good people. I trust them completely and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. Seriously. If you are in Greenville and you value honesty and quality, stop scrolling. This is your shop.

I cannot say enough good. Our Pre-Purchase Inspection through Axxis was worth every penny: Professional, thorough, knowledgable, detailed while making everything clear for us to understand. I have a very clear understanding of what I am purchasing as well as great feedback to be aware of, regarding the type of vehicle it was, during vehicle's life with us. Not only did we get great feedback on the Make/Model itself, but we feel we had unmatched expert evaluations on our particular truck with its modifications.
