2017 Ford F-550

Man, what a great experience! I was looking at one of the commercial trucks and drove down to inspect it. I met Ryan H. He was very helpful and let me look it over. We closed on the deal and I had to come back next day to grab truck. On my way Ryan called and said he had a slight issue with truck leaking oil from built in van air compressor. He said he would get it fixed and then deliver the truck to my location. The following week he delivered truck and I had an issue with same leak. Called Ryan told him the issue. He called back and told me to take it to shop and that they would take care of it. Once it was fixed I called Ryan and sent him shop invoice. Then about three days later I got a check from Moser for the invoice. Thank you Ryan H and Moser for taking care of me and my buisness. I look forward to working with you all again.

We had a wonderful experience at Moser Motor Sales! Peter was excellent at communication, simplifying the entire process. He even dedicated extra time to help my grandpa set up the Bluetooth and understand his new SUV. Again, excellent customer service. The service department is second to none, got me right in communication was superb on the issues I was having and price and parts it was going to take to fix it. When the repair showed another issue shortly after leaving it was quickly taken care of and treated with excellence. Andrew does his job well!
