2019 Ford E-Series

Had a great experience working with Robert. He was very honest and trustworthy. He held the truck for me after I told him I wanted it. Even after other offers for more money he still held the truck for me. That is very hard to find in a dealer. Will definitely recommend do others looking to buy a great used truck.

I read EVERY online review before buying from Robert, so now I'm back to give my own experience! I was concerned about buying from a dealer; I really wanted to find a truck from a private seller. But the truck he had in stock looked great. So I gave it a go and called/stopped by. Allie was very friendly on the phone and Robert was a huge help when I got there! He let me have all the time I needed to look at the truck, and even stayed late to talk it over. There was NO pressure to buy the truck, which I really appreciated. I'm in customer service myself, and felt Robert was not just a salesperson but truly wanted to provide helpful information and an honest purchase decision, which built my trust and is critical to good business. I know my vehicles, and thoroughly inspected the truck. Nothing was hidden; besides the expected nicks on a used vehicle, it was truly in great shape. No shotty cover-ups. The next day, I knew I wanted the truck, and he had no problem letting me get it inspected by my own mechanic--who verified that everything checked out, nothing was hidden, and it was truly a well maintained fleet vehicle. Needless to say, I walked out with a GREAT TRUCK and I am pumped about it. Robert prices his trucks at an EXCELLENT value. He was great to work with and is running an honest business that takes care of his customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Southeast Automotive. p.s. If you notice any negative reviews (I sure did..) they're all people who didn't even buy a vehicle from Southeast.

Used trucks can still be very pricey. So, I wasn't sure I would actually find one that fit my needs and was affordable. But, SE Automotive delivered.
