Including the test drive, the buying experience took less than an hour. They even offered to bring the new vehicle and complete the paperwork at our home. Emerson Araujo is the best sales person and Christian in Finance was great! We have also had great experience with the service department. We will buy our next vehicle from Huffines Chevrolet in Lewisville.

We have had plenty of experiences with Huffines service department. They are helpful, caring, and know their stuff. They also help with the vehicle warranty company, and getting me a free rental under warranty as well, and I don't have to do anything. We have bought 5 vehicles from Huffines Lewisville. This is a solid, caring company, in my opinion, and I've had plenty of experience to be able to say that. Sam and Tyler are especially good. Have never had a bad experience. And I drive past quite a few Chevy dealerships to take my vehicles there for service and to purchase vehicles as well.

I took my truck in for a repair from an accident I was in. My contact was Ralph in the collision department. Ralph was very informative and excellent follow up. He told me in the beginning to expect it to take up to 2 weeks. On day 12 I picked up my truck. Very pleased with the service I received.
