Scott VanLuven at O’Connor’s Auto Outlet went way above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealership. I saw a car on their website that I was interested in, so I left a message on a Saturday, at a time they were closed, and he called me right back! When he found out I live near West Michigan, he offered to have the car brought to me so I could test drive it. Then, when I decided to buy, he had it immaculately detailed, filled with gas, and delivered to my house! I never once had to drive to the car lot! He was so great to work with. I have to say, it was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve had. I’m happy with the price I paid and the quality and condition of the car. Top notch! I will definitely “go back” to O’Connor’s when we are in the market for new vehicles.

I Bought an older car from them and I had it shipped out to California, and I never even saw it in person until it was delivered. It was my first time buying a car without seeing it in person, and so many things could have gone wrong. Gene and everyone I spoke with were very helpful and made sure to describe to me every little detail about the car. I wasn’t surprised about anything when I took delivery, and it came exactly as described. Ran great for being 34 years old, and was at a great price. No hidden fees, and I didn’t feel pressured at all. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from O’Connor’s, and I would be 1000% confident in my purchase; without even seeing the car myself.
