I purchased a RAV4 PHEV from here. It took about a month to actually get the vehicle, since I wanted a particular color and type, and these are not readily on the lot. I finally got it, and it's wonderful! The gentleman who handled the sale, Christian Basurto, kept me in the loop on progress, and gave me a reasonable deal; the actual sale took about 5 hours - Saturdays are busy for them - but I left happy and satisfied with my purchase. No car dealer is perfect, but Mike Calvert is probably, IMHO, one of the best; I'll probably go there and demand to speak with Christian next time I need a vehicle!

Loved working with everyone from Dominic in sales to Oliver in finance to the wonderful parts department everyone was happy, respectful, and kind… they were very professional and it was an easy experience.
