2013 Ford E-Series

Straight shooters, upfront and honest. Nice selection, good website with lots of high quality pictures and free Carfax. Expect a hefty "dealer prep fee" on top of the advertised price ($1900). I've seen worse (much worse) but I still dislike the practice of added fees and advertising a misleading price. I understand tax, but otherwise, everything should be included in the advertised price. My salesman Carlos and the sales manager, Jim were both great. You don't feel as though they're doing a routine for you. Communication is good and they are accommodating with appointments. One thing I really appreciated was that after I initially looked at a 2014 GMC Sierra, at my request, they had one of their drivers bring the truck to my mechanic of choice (30 miles away) for an inspection. Great for piece of mind and says alot they they had no issue doing this. Financing was easy and the delivery process was nice and streamlined. They didn't try to upsell me after the deal was closed. Offered me a good extended warranty at a good price and I took it, no pressure. After delivery, the battery died inexplicably before the first week was up, and it seemed to take a full charge overnight. Carlos told me they would pay for a replacement if the current battery tested bad. All in all, a very pleasant car buying experience (and I've had quite a few!). Highly recommend.
