Service Advisor Shawn, and his manager, helped me get a refund for a recalled part/ replacement in my Ford Focus. They researched the process, spoke with headquarters, and stuck with me through some unexpected roadblocks until I received the check. I will 100% be coming back for great service with this team in the NEAR future.

I have ordered several vehicles with Jazmine and recently purchased 3 F150's from her. She is great to work with, easy to get ahold of and most importantly wants to make sure our company is taken care of. Had the pleasure to work with Gail on our paperwork, she too was a rockstar. What a wonderful experience I had at this Ford dealer recently.Jamie the service rep was great. The Mechanic who worked on my truck was also wonderful. I drove in from Philadelphia Pennsylvania to visit my son here in Minneapolis and my truck was acting up. I have a well-maintained 2006 F250 diesel. I was able to bring the truck right over. They diagnosed the issue fixed it and had it back to me within a day and a half, even washed my truck when I got it back. Midway Ford wouldn’t even look at my truck because they said it was too old. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who asks thank you for taking good care of my truck
