2024 Ford E-Series DRW E-350 Super Duty 158 in WB

After a good experience buying a car here four years ago I came back and bought another car. The service was good, but I had to do my own research on the car I wanted since the sales guy didn't know much at all. Workers here are friendly and the place was clean.

After a HORRIBLE experience at Toyota of Victoria, I was Very hesitant to step into another Toyota dealership! Let me tell you, Do Not hesitate with this dealership and if at All possible deal with Sebastian. We walked into this dealership looking for one type of vehicle, a Toyota 4 Runner, found our second choice, a Jeep Wrangler, they literally let us drive with No issues, but after negotiating the deal and getting the vehicle ready in make ready our wonderful salesman, Sebastian, went to go fill it up with gas and it stalled on him twice. Now, he could have literally Not said one word, but he called me said he Did Not feel comfortable sending us home in it and sent it to service immediately to fix the problem! I got on a Jeep forum and found what was an issue on that model and sent it to Sebastian, and he literally had the service department replace that part and the Jeep drives Amazing! From the purchase to signing paperwork, Everything was as smooth as you could have Ever wanted!! To say we are Forever lifelong presumptive customers is an understatement! Sebastian is a Wonderful salesperson and now friend!!!! Thank you All for a wonderful car buying experience! Donna & Brenda Filip

Lost Pine Toyota’s customer service has been the best I have received. Getting ahold of them by email is difficult, but talking to them in person or over the phone is, like I said, the best I have received. Their patience and understanding is outstanding.
