2011 Ford E-Series

We are impressed with customer service at Stream RV. We were on a trip with our Rialta and discovered we had a roof leak. I called Stream to ask if they could recommend a "patch" or suggestion until we returned home for a proper fix. They took the time to direct us to a RV shop in our location for Dicor and gave suggestions on what to look for and how to patch. Back home they found the actual place we were leaking and sealed the rest of the roof. Very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Friendly, helpful people. Reasonable pricing. Plus, even though they open at 9, we arrived early and they were already working. They got us checked in and on our way. Highly recommend!

Had an issue that I could not diagnose myself with my automatic leveling system. Made an appointment for the week that I called which I was impressed with. The tech made a diagnosis and the part they received was defective. They ordered a new part and we are good to go again. They kept us informed of the progress and situation instead of just letting us know when it was done. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a repair. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

My RPOD was side swiped by someone not paying attention. I was able to get a fair quote/estimate from Stream RV. Chris F. Was so easy to work.with... he kept me updated & informed. Once State Farm paid my claim the work was done quickly & the service was wonderful. Chris kept me up to date & informed on everything that was happening. After the work was completed & I was leaving, I realized I was missing a wheel chock. Stream RV (CHRIS) immediately sent the exact model back toe which arrived within 3 days. I would definitely recommend Stream RV for their customers service & quality of work. Top notch!! Thank you so much to the entire team!!!!
