2019 Ford E-Series DRW E-350 Super Duty 176 in WB

As it happens ,we had an unexpected mechanical breakdown..... And at 4:30PM. Called the service Dept and they were able to recommend a towing company and got us a rental car at a reasonable rate for the day. They got our Jeep Wrangler in the next morning,diagnosed it and got us back on the road before noon. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Truly couldn't say enough positive things about our experience here.

Wonderful service department ?? We were driving home from Utah to Massachusetts and had a problem with our truck that was pulling our camper. They took us in and diagnosed the problem quickly. Great and caring staff ! Wish we lived closer. This is an exceptional company! Letters of gratitude from their grateful customers cover the walls and now we know why..

Service Manager Brian is awesome. A truly great man. Helped my elderly parents who broke down driving across country with no appointment. Was more than happy to help them and got them back on the road quickly. Thank you Brian.
