2017 Ford E-Series SRW E-350 Super Duty 138 in WB

On Monday the 24th I went to get my youngest of 3 children a truck. Being a single mom I had a specific amount of money and certain criteria that for me to purchase another vehicle. The sales rep Jordan ????was very helpful, and attentive, he was able to get me approved quickly he had the ability to go through several different lenders to get me the best deal and keep the payment in our budget. He was fast , knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help us. We have had the truck for one week. I just took it to the Chevrolet dealer to get it fully inspected. Great news! It’s perfect. Just small normal maintenance oil change, new wipers, and 2 filters. I am very happy with my purchase and the owner Tom Hicks was a great help as well. Update: They were great until they got our money after that...forget it. Rude, cheap and the transmission went out. BEWARE. Joel was one of the kindest most honest car sales people we have ever dealt with. We went to 3 other dealerships before we landed at Suncoast and the difference was amazing. We were buying a newer work van for my husband. The owner got a real winner when he hired Joel. Oh and we kept Joel late on a Saturday so his son was graciously waiting...we could clearly see Joel is an amazing Dad too!! We will be back!
