Michael was fantastic every step of the way. He helped us find our perfect Volvo, quickly and efficiently. A little over a year ago we test drove but couldn’t trade our car in yet, he checked in with us a few times without pressure which was great! Then this week we reached out to him and were able to make a deal happen! He got us a great deal on a fantastic car and worked hard to get it done. Exceptional service!!! Candace Snyder had several cars lined up for me to test drive before I got there. She was not pushy and let me take all the time I needed in making a decision. My first time leasing a car and I chose a Volvo. Two years into my lease, I got a flat tire on Father's Day on my way home from visiting my Father's grave site.
