2008 Ford F-350

We recently purchased a truck from Rocklin Auto Center. We found the advertisement online and called ahead to ensure it was in fact what we were looking for. Ron ensures the vehicles are in the best shape possible before selling and that was obvious by the documentation he keeps as well as the on-site auto shop. Ron and Pam really understand customer service. They were very transparent, honest and accommodating. We never felt pressured and found the price to be more than fair. We were helped with financing on-site. Ron helped expedite the process the best he could by phoning the bank to encourage them to review the paperwork asap. It worked. The time consuming process of purchasing a vehicle was definitely not as long as other experiences we've had. We felt our family was very well accommodated and overall enjoyed the experience thanks to Ron and Pam's attentive nature. We would absolutely do business with them again.

Great experience! Ron and his family were friendly and pressure free. I’ve always hated dealing with buying newer cars but he made the experience great! We drove over two hours to get the truck and would do it again in a heartbeat!! I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars if I could!
