All American Ford is the Absolute Best in customer service! Leased my second Ford Explorer from them! The Manager Joe went above and beyond as well as Marc! I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. Purchasing my new car was a pleasure from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I drove my new car off the lot. I never felt pressured, I never felt mislead. Everyone from the salesman to the back office warranty guy was honest and transparent every step of the way. They took the time to balance my "wants vs needs" and we worked together to purchase a new Ford Maverick that I am thrilled with! Even the energy in the dealership was so positive. As I did paperwork the entire staff paused to sing Happy Birthday to a kid visiting her Dad at work. It's rare to find a business that clearly values their employees as family. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and highly recommend them!!!
