2000 Ford E-Series

I called the dealer to with questions about the vehicle I was interested in and Lesa picked up. She is an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. All my questions were answered with professionalism in a timely manner. She was patient and extremely helpful. Everything was set up over the phone/emails. Every step of the way was clearly explained. Numbers stayed the same as agreed when I was picking up the vehicle. No high pressure selling in the finance office and everything was explained in detail. 5 stars and highly recommended.

Easiest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Lesa was great, and treated to me like a human being, instead of just as a potential customer. Even the finance guy was not pushy. They gave me the information, and verified I understood. Then respected my decisions, and didn't push me for the things I did not want. I'm serious when I say it's a totally different experience from any other dealership I have been to. Would highly recommend.

Mercedes of St. Louis is the pinnacle of Mercedes dealerships that I have had the pleasure of visiting in the United States. Truly made me feel like family. It was clear my business was just as important to them as someone buying a new S class vehicle, even though I was purchasing a 16 year old Mercedes. My salesperson Matt was extremely helpful, accurately described the vehicle, as I traveled from out of state, was not pushy, and kept in good communication throughout the sale.
