2023 Ford E-Series DRW E-450 Super Duty 158 in WB

Brought my fusion sport to Gervais to have some work done. I always get nervous dropping my car off an a new shop but I couldn't have been happier with the process! Dave kept me updated and was super nice and helpful! I would absolutely go back if and when the time comes.

The Service Department is great. I brought the car in for an oil change and was able to get an appointment for new tires a few days later (I needed them badly). I set up one appointment online; the other was made via a phone call. Both ways proved effortless. Lou was great; extremely professional and helpful. Prices are competitive, and, since I live local, very convenient.

Very professional folks. It's a dealership with a small town shop feel. They go out of their way to get you back on the road. My truck let me down on the side of 2A at 3:45pm. I got it working just enough to get me to their shop. Their service closes at 5, but they waited on me after they closed. They didn't have to do that. Great shop ran by great folks. They quickly found the problem and got my truck up and running in no time.
