My husband & I bought a 2015 Itasca Cambria RV on 2/29/24. Our sales & finance person was Tom May, who made the process easy with no high pressure sales tactics. The owner, Jim May, also made a point of introducing himself to us & letting us know they appreciated our business & would stand behind the sale. Our technician, Cody, who completed the preservice needs of the unit, also did a You Tube walk-through that he shared with us, as well as an in-person walk-through the day of of pick-up. Both were very informative & helpful. After driving the unit home (with a guy at a gas station asking if it was a 2023 or 2024), I first wanted to wipe out all of the cabinets, so I knew they were clean before we put our own stuff in them. I used Clorox wipes & got absolutely no dirt from any of the cabinets/surfaces I cleaned. I was amazed at how clean it was inside! It's hard to tell that it's 9 years old!! We've yet to take it on a trip, but so far, I am extremely pleased with the process & the unit. Update: 3/13/24: Are currently in Florida with our Cambria & have truly enjoyed our trip south as well as our first 10 days in the unit. We've found a few minor things we'd like to update or have repaired (shades that are slow to raise, add seat belts yo loveseat that was a replacement for dinette, etc., but nothing that we didn't really expect buying a preowned coach that is 8 years old. Loving it & all of its space!

My husband and I dealt with Patrick to trade in our 5th wheel for a toy hauler. He was great to work with. Patrick was very helpful and got all of our questions answered. He went above and beyond to help us move out of our old unit into the newer one. We would work with Patrick and Findlay Truck and RV again. Jim May, the owner was very nice also. A great group of knowledgeable people that will treat you right.

My wife Carissa and I had a very good experience with Findlay Truck & RV. Patrick Streicher, our salesman went above and beyond, making us feel comfortable. All of my questions (there was a lot) were answered in a timely manner. Thank you Patrick and the Findlay Truck & RV crew for helping us find our home away from home.
