2017 Ford E-Series DRW E-450 Super Duty 176 in WB

On vacation and the water pump went out of our vehicle. After several phone calls not knowing anyone seeing we were from Illinois I spoke with the service dept at Link. They were very responsive, had the willingness to work with us and promptly answered all of our questions we had seeing we had to leave the vehicle a week for repairs. Once picked up a week later they continued to work with us on pick up as it was after hours. Extremely satisfied that we chose Link Ford in Rice Lake to do our repairs. Will return again if need be while we are in that area!

I could not have been more pleased with Josh Peterson and the entire staff at Link Ford (Rice Lake). I was coming off a horrible experience with another dealer on Monday and was looking to receive some better customer service. Boy did I ever get it!! My wife was with me and from the first handshake to the last as we were driving away in our new F-150 we were treated extremely well! We already had the vehicle we bought researched from their web site. We were able to get right in for a test drive and loved the vehicle. Josh and the staff were able to address a couple of concerns we had including the sales associate that had taken the truck in on trade. That person gave us a history of what the previous owner had used it for before trading it in on another F-150 from Link. It was great to see someone who was not our sales person take time out of their day to add to the sales experience. They let me indulge myself by putting it on a lift to get a peek underneath. After that Steve in finance got us through the paperwork process both quickly and thoroughly. We were also greeted by the general manager Jeff who not only thanked us for the purchase but assisted Josh in getting our new plates on and ready to drive off the lot. To all the people my wife and I engaged with at Link I say a heart felt thank you and especially to Josh who restored my faith in the vehicle buying experience. Great job to everyone!!
