Drove from St. Louis to find this beautiful vehicle I had been searching for over an 8 month period. Nick was great, took videos sent everything I asked to make the experience smooth since he knew it was a long drive just to try and make a deal. Long story short the car had a few issues we discovered once back in St. Louis and affected emissions, needless to say I was pretty upset. The BEST car buying experience I've had. Their process is simple. I reviewed the cars available online and completed the application process on a Sunday night. I received a call back on Monday, answered a few additional questions and was asked to come to the dealership. Ed (Salesman) and Tosha (Manager) are kind and patient with a great sense of humor and were all out AMAZING to work with. Ed worked with my trade in (an 11 year old Chevy that had seen better days) and cash. He didn't try to get me to "come up" with more or suggest I use a co-signor to get a better rate. I didn't feel like I was being shook down. From start to finish, it took about 3 hours (financing, test drive, signing paperwork and waiting for him to wrap up with a previous customer).
