One of the smoothest transactions ever. Very professional and ethical. Super transparent. The A/C needed recharged and they had it done while we were getting the cashiers check. I think the entire process took about 2 hours from hello to goodbye! Their inventory looks stocked with very nice and clean cars. We bought a 2012 Escalade and it is super clean and drives great and the price was excellent. UPDATE: It is hard to review when the vehicle is 'fresh' from a used lot. It has been over 6 months and 13k miles since we bought this Escalade. Other than a bad AC condenser, it has been PERFECT. Just got back from a trip to Denver and averaged about 19 MPG. Runs like a top! And we still get tons of compliments for it. No one can believe it has 138k miles on the odometer!
