2017 Ford Explorer Base FWD

When buying a used car I decided to go to a professional car dealer. I chose Napoli Nissan Pontiac in Milford. They ticked all the boxes. Yes, I probably could have found this particular car cheaper somewhere else, but I was very pleased with the professional help I received from their salesperson Mr Ricky Mills. Mr. Mills is professional and was truly competent and an all-around nice guy. The peace of mind is worth it. My experience there was excellent and I recommend buying a car new or used from Napoli Nissan.

I’ve been bringing my Nissan Maxima here for three years, ever since moving to the area. Literally, I will not ever go anywhere else for service, whether I continue to own a Nissan or not. Jose and Omar in the Service Department have earned both my trust as well as my gratitude with their patience, helpfulness, and honesty. They have never made me feel anything but informed and I am always at ease knowing that the entire team at Napoli, including the crew doing the actual work on my vehicle, sincerely does take pride in the work that they do. I must say, it is apparent and pleasant to observe the obvious teamwork and sense of camaraderie shared in the Nissan Napoli Service Department. Many many thanks for always taking care of me guys!

Customer service always good rick car sales man is cool . slight disappointment with the finance people, but it is what it is. Came in yesturday December 6 Josh took care of me explained my recall for my keys, very nice polite and clear with everything. Didn't pressure me to get anything extra and just told me what I need to get in near future.
