2019 Ford Explorer Base FWD

We just purchased a GV70 and all I can say is it was an absolute pleasant experience! Our salesperson Preston along with the young gentleman assisting him (I am so sorry I don't remember his name), Jeff who handled the finance part was VERY clear about all our options and did not try to push extras on us at all, right down to the owner's son personally came by multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. Preston gave us a detailed explanation of all the features of this technology packed SUV, explaining many options we didn't know about even after driving one for a week and a half before Genesis of Metairie canceled our deal because I was honest on their survey and pointed out the games they tried to play (see my review coming soon to their page). If you are in the market for a Genesis on the Southshore, take the drive to Covington, trust me you won't be disappointed!

I just went in to look at what vehicles they had and ended up falling in love with one and leaving with it same day. Thanks to Wes for his help in the whole process, he walked us through everything and it made it extremely easy. Everyone in the dealership was very welcoming and helpful as well in showing us around and making sure we knew all of the details before purchase.
