2014 Ford Explorer Base

So, I would like to leave a slightly more positive review regarding the previous incident that occurred last year. Shortly following the incident, the front axle started making a loud clunking noise when taking a slow hard right turn. I ended up taking the car to 3 additional dealerships, all who said there was nothing wrong with it. This went on for 9 months. So I decided to call Coastal Chevrolet and spoke with Candy, I explained to her what was going on, along with also discussing the incident that happened last year. She was very pleasant & apologetic, and I explained how I wanted to keep using their service center because of the staff being so friendly and accommodating. The service center staff are truly amazing. Anyways she got me an appointment to evaluate the noise from the front axle along with addressing some rattling noises in the back. They tried to fix it the first time with no success so I called back to make another appointment. I spoke with Tyler from service department, and Candy who immediately asked me to leave my car there overnight so they could address the problem once and for all. Well they did fix the problem and 3 months later I am having no more issues with either problem. I am extremely happy and impressed with Tyler and Candy at the service department, because I feel like they went above and beyond to fix my problem when they might not have wanted to because of the incident prior to this. I will be continuing to bring my truck to Coastal Chevrolet because of their outstanding efforts to resolve my ongoing problems. I guess oftentimes people focus on the negatives and fail to mention the positives. This time, it was a very positive outcome, and I am glad I returned Coastal Chevrolet because they were willing to try to resolve the issues with the truck. Candy and Tyler, thank you very much, and look forward to seeing you guys again soon.

1st time customer and could not be more pleased. No high pressure from the salesman Chris or Sales Manager Brad. Finance manager Eddie did try to sell me an extended warranty but there was no high pressure to purchase. Gave my offer and told them I would not budge and my offer was excepted.
