Tyler our sales guy was excellent! Extremely informative as our process was over a 17 month period. From the time we ordered until the time the Bronco was delivered he was on top of everything. He was polite, transparent and trustworthy. Even being out sick he was still texting/calling and making sure we were taken care of. Colin the finance guy was quick, efficient and friendly. He received all our documents ahead of time and had everything prepped and ready to go exactly at the time they said it would be. He had us in and out in under an hour. Tyler met us promptly for our appointment and Colin wrapped it up. Tyler met us on the way out and made sure we had everything we needed. Superior service is an understatement for these two. I was looking for a Mustang with the quad exhaust system new for 2024. I was pleasantly surprised to find it at Tom Jones Ford in Buckeye. I have the highest respect for Tom Jones and their staff and very happy with the deal we made on our new Mustang GT Premium.
