2017 Ford Explorer XLT FWD

We had a very good experience, we live near salt lake but we're very interested in a Tesla model 3 they had for sale. There were very quick when chatting back and forth, they answered all of our questions and sent a video of the car. We asked about our trade-in. They had us send them some picture and the vin number with in an hour they got back to us and said listen we can only give a ballpark price till we see the car, that being said we are looking at 4k for the trade. I thought this was a tiny bit low but could be acceptable. We set an appointment and made the 4 hour drive down. When we got there they had the car charged to 100 percent knowing if we bought it we would need the range for our trek. The car was in great shape just as they said and showed, it all boiled down to the trade-in. They looked it over and said it's just what the pictured showed we will give you 5k for it. I really appreciated them being an honest dealer, they knew they told us 4k and we drove down based on the 4k but they where honest and gave us 5k because that's what they truly believe it to be worth. We obviously traded our car and purchased the Tesla model 3. We have only had it a few days but it is a nice car and is exactly what they told us.

I have been looking to find my dream car for a couple years now. I went into 4 Season and was helped tremendously. Kyle was awesome when helping me get into my Tesla. The staff was extremely nice and helpful as well. I would recommend 4 Seasons to everyone !!
