2019 Ford Explorer XLT FWD

I made an appointment with the dealership to have a recall update completed for my Toyota Tundra. I brought my truck in and decided to wait at the dealership. I met JoAnn Thomas, a Toyota Customer Service Liaison. She was very kind and caring. She asked if I needed anything and we talked about what brought me into the dealership. We then began a pleasant conversation, nothing to intense. Family, faith, just general topics that we both seemed to want to talk about. Before you know it, the service to my truck was completed and the Service Tech brought out my truck. I even got the chance to show Ms. JoAnn my beautiful 2024 Toyota Tundra SR5. I had a very extra nice experience at the Toyota of Denton on that day. I've been to this dealership twice previously since purchasing the vehicle (key fob and required maintenance) and the staff at this dealership are all very nice and cordial people. This dealership has a great customer service team!

They honored that price they listed Also got Apr as list d 4.75% as listed by Toyota finance. Car was delivered with in 2 week as promised.
