First off, let me say that Mr. Curtis is the man, Mr Johnathon works wonders and all in all, I can NOT complain about my experience with them at all! They worked with me to get the car I needed and wanted, and helped me create a plan to dissolve some of the financial stress with another vehicle I am paying on, which I am gladly going to do. We bought a certified suburban from Traditions this weekend with Bennett as our salesperson. Highly recommend this place. I did not feel pressured and the process was the smoothest I have experienced at a dealership. Very nice and helpful management and so far so good with the vehicle, too!

We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle and unfortunately the very next day had an unexpected issue that wouldn't have been covered by the warranty. It was an expense that we felt we shouldn't have to incur. However, after speaking with Austin in service, our issue was resolved. Austin went out of his way to find a resolution for us that made us feel as if he valued our business. Although Austin wasn't there when we returned for our vehicle, his colleagues were aware of the situation and were extremely helpful and professional. Their service department by far was one of the friendliest and most helpful departments at a dealership that we have ever worked with. I should also mention that our sales representative Luis Torres was friendly and very easy to work with. He did everything he could to make the sales process as easy as possible.
