She made me feel welcome, then helped me figure out exactly what my Bronco Sport needed and how I could best use the Star Ford discount coupons I'd found -- so I ended up saving a bunch of cash of my on my 10K service. The waiting area was comfortable, with free coffee. Best of all, they finished my repairs early -- which is something I've never experienced at other dealerships. A+ experience all around.
