We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Our sales rep, Harry, was genuinely friendly and informative without being pushy. We felt totally comfortable the entire time. Lindsay, the sales manager, helped us explore purchasing vs lease options without pressuring or rushing us. Ramon was great finishing up our lease contract and even helped expedite the process so we could pick up our dog from daycare on time! Finally, Alex provided world class service showing me every single thing my car could do. He was incredibly patient and thorough. I would highly recommend Ira Mazda to anyone.

Sami and Alex were both very amazing, professional, and honest when I showed up to Ira shopping for new car. Sami was excellent and made sure any additional realistic requests I had were catered to. Alex was there when I arrived to pick up the car and gave me a very in depth tutorial on how to fully use the cars features and the app that you get free for a year with the car. I would recommend both Sami and Ira to any friends if they inquired about getting a new car! 10/10
