2015 Ford Explorer XLT

We were greeted at the door with very friendly associates. We were pleasantly surprised with our Sales Representative, Jeff Johnson. We told him about the car that we were interested in and he showed us the car even though it was in the service department. He told us that he would call us when the car was ready for us to test drive. We came over and drove the car. Jeff told us what the deal would be. We told him that we would go home and think it over. He gave us his card and told us to call him when we made up our mind. We were not pressured at any time. This is one of the reasons that we decided to purchase the car from him. We purchased the car the same day. He went over everything in the car with us and made sure that we understood everything. We will be glad to refer our friends and family to this dealership and to Jeff Johnson. We have been looking for a car for a few months and we were more impressed with your dealership than all of the others.

He was patient when we were making our decision and did not push any particular vehicle. We got a great deal and have gotten all questions answered when calling after the sale. He was very clear on the breakdown of the price and my request for no additional add on.
