I researched F-250's for about 2 months before I found the one equipped like I wanted at Metro Ford (4 hours from my home). I was able to negotiate a final price over the phone with Jason (sales). I completed one additional form submitted to me online and picked up the F-250 two days later. Once at Metro Ford, my F-250 was in the main showroom. Great looking truck!!! I met Jason in person and signed some final paperwork with Paul (finance). I drove it out of the showroom and then Jason went over all the whistles and bells on the truck. The whole process with Metro Ford was seamless start to finish. I had a great experience with Metro Ford.

Metro Ford service department is very professional and handles our service extremely well. They kept me informed as to expectations throughout the process to include how long I will be waiting. I also like that they showed me the cabin filter and air filter and advised me that we do not need to replace either one at this time. They could have come up with a reason to replace them but they were being honest. Honesty goes a very long way towards loyalty!

The experience was next level. They got me in immediately after my car decided it didn’t want to shift into drive in the middle of Trader Joe’s parking lot. I called Metro and spoke to Alicia. She was very helpful and so sweet! She was upfront about everything. They even shuttled me to Enterprise. It was such a stressful day for me but they made it easy for me that day.
