I've had good experiences and I've had bad experiences. but my experience with Mr Curtis at Bill Hood for ford goes beyond five stars there are not enough to rate the customer service experience that I received from this gentleman whatever they're paying them it's not enough he was beyond fantastic and because of him even though Bill Hood Ford is in Hammond in an hour away I will still bring my car to him
