He took the time to get to know me as well as make things very clear especially with someone who has never stepped foot into a dealership. He was along side of me every step of the way ensuring me that he was here for me and to take my time when it came to making a decision. And this was thirty minutes til closing! I looked at two cars which he explained very well! I've never met a more kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional individual in all my days. He honestly treated me like I was a VIP, and I was honestly blown away by the caliber of service and compassion that I received from him. I honestly left the dealership feeling as if I've made a lifelong friend. Terrence and the staff went out of their way to demonstrate that my needs were their first priority and that the financial aspect of buying the car was secondary. He and the staff regarded me as a person first and as a customer second, and I never once felt like just a dollar sign to them. He and the staff were fully transparent and honest about every single charge listed on the bill of sale, which I really appreciated.
