First Online Car Purchase – A Truly Exceptional Experience Although this wasn’t my first time buying a car, it was my first time buying online, my first hybrid, and my first truck. Unfortunately, many of them listed trucks online that were mysteriously “sold” by the time I arrived — even when I had an appointment. This dealership was the only one that actually had the advertised vehicle on the lot. The team respected my schedule and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Tom Bobb personally assured me that the truck was available — even sending a photo with his hands literally on it! Due to my busy schedule and distance from the dealership, most of our communication happened through text, and Tom was great about staying responsive and helpful. John Dearing honored everything Tom had promised, especially the price, and worked with me to ease my concerns around financing. His professionalism and follow-through made the process much less stressful. Grayson Nickle delivered my new Ford Maverick in immaculate condition. He gave me a thorough walkthrough of the truck’s technology and safety features and didn’t leave until he was sure I felt confident behind the wheel. When he drove off in my trade-in — a Kia I had bought specifically for my mother before she passed — he had tears in his eyes. That level of compassion meant the world to me. I still can’t believe I bought a truck I had only seen online, completed all negotiations and paperwork remotely, and had it delivered right to my home — all without stepping foot in the dealership. I don’t have the perfect words to express how grateful and satisfied I am with Leif Johnson Ford of Austin, but I can say this: their teamwork, integrity, and humanity turned what could have been a stressful transaction into a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this dealership. Adrian Machado is excellent. He took his time to make sure we were happy. He took us to another dealership to pick out another vehicle just to make sure we were satisfied. The sales team gave us a great deal. Ryan was very helpful as well. I really appreciate them detailing the vehicle, I've been to other luxury dealerships and they didn't do as well! I recommended them to our family and they have also already purchased their vehicle here because they were very carefully helped and very well taken care of.

This is my second car from this dealership. The first time I had a great experience with Tim, who was recently promoted so I had the pleasure of meeting with Kelly this time and he was just as great.
