Best car buying experience of my life, ask for Jay Ditch! I showed up expecting the normal car dealership experience of being bombarded with cheesey salesman lines and crappy tactics (that haven't worked in 20 years) from some guy who thinks he's slick. To my surprise I was met with Jay Ditch, Jay made it clear that customers actually do come first at Banner Coulson Chevrolet. Jay let me test drive the exact vehicle I came to look at without trying the typical salesman switcheroo where they bring in a more expensive vehicle. Once I was back and I told him I wanted to buy it, the process went incredibly smooth! In and out in just over an hour. P. S. Jay made sure to let me know that if they couldn't make it work today that he would give me a shout the next time they had a truck like that. 10/10 customer service and professionalism

Matt was AMAZING during the whole process. I told him I wanted to surprise my husband with a truck, I'm out of state visiting my parents and he helped me with everything with paperwork and pictures and got a good deal and everything.
