I love that they are Very consistent and they've been around for a long time. They always have the best interest of the customer in mind. They always get me the best financing with a low payment and I have purchased 4 vehicles from them. Mainly, all 4 vehicles (some newer and some older) remain dependable with no issues or repairs needed.???? We can drive confidently. Their name says it all and I will never buy cars anywhere else. As a side note, our purchase experience has always been enjoyable, they are Very nice, Very professional, and are Very efficient. They make us feel like family. My friend Armando is one of those guys that always seems to get ripped off by car dealers. He’s had many bad experiences in fact one after another. Recently, he bought a vehicle from Deland Reliable a Honda pilot. It had a lot of miles on it, but it was in good shape and he had a few things go wrong with it as you can expect from any used car with high miles. But every time he was taken care of by Paul at Deland Reliable. He was never given a hard time. They just fixed the issue in a timely fashion, and got him back on the road. I can’t say enough for how he was treated. I would not hesitate to recommend Deland Reliable to anyone I know. I have recently retired from the automobile industry after 25 years so as you can imagine I have heard plenty of horror stories about car dealers (both new and used). But Deland Reliable got an A+ as far as I’m concerned.
I can not Express how amazing of a dealership this is. No pressure, no haggle and extremely informative.
