2015 Ford Explorer XLT

I am overjoyed to write this review. Jacob the owner is hands down the best person I have worked with in a while. He is a honest man, he doesn’t hide anything, he is great with explaining warranty options and making sure it works for your family. I highly recommend if you are in need of a vehicle to go see him. I purchased a used Fiat from Global. The purchase was easier than expected because of Jacob’s fair pricing and willingness to get the car in acceptable condition. He is not your usual “used car salesman” type: He is low pressure, very knowledgeable about cars and the used car sales process, and straightforward. He may seem a bit grouchy when you first meet him, but underneath that crusty exterior is a fine, caring person. I - without hesitation - recommend Jacob and this dealership. It was worth the hour I drove to get there.

We went to Global looking for a nice vehicle after ours was totaled and we found a wonderful Audi Q3! Very nice vehicle, runs great, looks phenomenal, all around very nice car! The owner is very upfront and honest and easy to work with!
