2014 Ford Explorer XLT

My review is for Kelsey Phelps. I worked with Kelsey when I purchased my VW GTI back in March of 2025. She was very friendly, helpful, a pleasure to work with, and worked with me from the test drive through the beginning of the paperwork. I live in-state but out of town, so the times I did make the trip over, I was happy I was able to work with her each time. She was also very prompt to get me answers when I called with questions. Thank you, Kelsey, and sorry it took so long to get my review in. Life comes at you fast. I do have one more thing to add, but this is more of a comment on the service center, not Kelsey. My GTI had a pending recall that needed serviced, so I scheduled that soon after my purchase. That all went well, but, given that I live out of town, I was going to need a loaner vehicle while the GTI was in the shop for the service. The service center was unable to guarantee me a loaner vehicle until the day I was to drop mine off. Ultimately, they did have one available when the time came, but it was a certainly a cause of stress leading up to the appointment, as I needed to make an hour commute each way and did not have another ride available.

Came in with no appointment and was immediately placed with Kelsey. She was quick, informative and best of all, easy to talk to in between all of the paperwork. We ended up purchasing a vehicle and again, everything was laid out clearly and without pressuring. I would highly suggest using Kelsey the next time you are looking to buy a vehicle. Though everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and courteous!

Purchased a new vehicle and was super pleased with my experience. Brett was quick to answer my questions over both phone and email. Once I was ready to purchase I was in and out in record time and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating.
