Alexander Arambula in Sales and Mark Davis in Service are the two reasons for my 5-star review. I've been dealing with Mark for several years on the maintenance side of things for my 2010 Toyota Corolla. Friendly and genuine are two words I'd like to use to describe Mark. He's a great guy and I look forward to using him for the foreseeable future on my new 2024 Toyota RAV4. When it came time to replace my Corolla after it was totaled by a crackhead, I searched for the most frequently mentioned employee on this review page and Alex kept popping up with 5-star service. I walked in, asked for Alex and within 72 hours signed a deal for a new car. Informative and patient are two words I'd like to use to describe Alex. He's not pushy and knows how to get customers what they truly need. Initially I was considering used vehicles, then leasing, but with his customer-first mindset, he helped me see that the right decision was buying new. I can say with certainty that I got a great deal and have zero regrets. I get into my vehicle every day knowing I made the right choice.

Just had a great experience yesterday purchasing, and trading in, a new car for my wife. We worked with Austin and he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
