2019 Ford Explorer XLT FWD

Steven, Orin, and Barrie were amazing to work with. They got me into the perfect Bronco. This dealership honestly had the best pricing and gave me a good price for my trade. I was nervous that it wouldn’t work out but they worked continuously and as a team to get me the right financing. I was pretty nervous that I wasn’t going to be able to get the vehicle that I wanted but they worked with me- and not once did they try to sway me into a different “easier” car like other dealerships have before. They were patient and kind and were genuinely happy for me when I was able to get my Bronco. Would highly recommend Steven and Orin for help and Barrie for financing!

It’s been many years since I’ve purchased a new vehicle, and I really shopped around before I bought my truck from Brandon Ford. The purchase went quickly and smoothly. I love my truck!!! So when my window stopped working I was apprehensive to deal with the “dreaded” service department. But, shocker, it was actually great!!! Since I purchased here, I was given a brand new Bronco as a loaner, and Marty Heiss was a true gentleman as my advisor. He updated me often and seemed to actually care if I was happy and well taken care of. I got my truck back after a few days with working windows, and fully detailed to remove the duct tape residue my husband applied to cover the open window. Since pickup, I’ve texted Marty a few questions about other services, and he was very responsive and polite. I hope I deal with Marty in the future and I’m very happy I purchased my truck from Brandon Ford!

The pick up and delivery service is great. Now I don't have to miss any time from work. The prompt service and response from the Service Advisor was spot on. Will continue to use Brandon Ford for my F250's service needs.
