The experience of buying a fifth wheel has been absolutely incredible. The people involved in the process are extremely friendly and make you feel incredibly welcome. I strongly recommend going to them for any vehicle purchases. Additionally, make sure to take a look at their fifth wheels when you visit - they are incredibly roomy and beautifully designed. My fiancée and I instantly fell in love with the one we are currently in the process of purchasing. It meets all of our criteria in terms of quality, friendliness, and the overall transaction.

We recently purchased a 5th Wheel RV from Frank's and had the honor to deal with some amazing folks! Customer service was above and beyond from Lela and Payton. My son and I went car shopping for him this weekend. We were having no luck, it wasn't any fun to say the least! We pulled into Franks car lot at 4 pm unaware that they closed at 4 and Payton came out to greet us. He helped my son find a car that was a good fit for him! As my son was test driving cars I was sitting in my car as it was raining and Payton came out and offered me and my Daughter-n- law a cup of coffee. I went in with him and got me a good hot cup of coffee :) he was the first salesman to even really talk to me all day and was very pleasant to deal with through the whole process. We are still waiting for financing to go through but Payton and Doug never acted like it was a problem we were there as they were closing, they didn't rush us into buying something, and it was an all around great experience. hopefully today the financing will go through and my son will be in his new car :) Thanks Payton and Doug for all your help and for the exceptional customer service!
