2013 Ford Explorer XLT

These folks have been here since I can remember and I've gone by here almost every day in my almost 37 years of life. Can't recommend them enough for their professionalism, transparency, timeliness and competitiveness. Needed a transmission replacement for my 2017 Escape, and Shawn was not only incredibly helpful in turning around options with quotes, but respectful of my knowledge and technical discussion. Dropped it off on a Wednesday morning and it was ready to go in 3 days (excluding the 4th of July holiday). They get you taken care of, with quality and passion.

If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. We have had all of our family's vehicles worked on by Rick's and they are always honest and only offer to fix what needs it, giving you options if needed. A very, very trust worthy place.
