Very satisfied with the service ! Dorival was excellent, very knowledgeable and lots of patience. The selections of cars varied and all were well kept and fairly priced. I recommend checking them out. I left with a Ford Taurus 2013 and traded in my Jeep Cherokee XJ.
Bought our 2016 Smart fortwo from Brascar Auto Sales on July 21st. We worked with Pamela and Carlos and the transaction was very easy. They even did a virtual test drive for us. There was a little hiccup in the tag paperwork, so it was a little delayed, but still within reason. They found and sent the extra key, too. There is an issue with the car alarm going off for no apparent reason, but the car is used, so I guess I'll have to figure that out. Other than that, it was a great experience.
What an experience! We were in and out in 2 hours!!! The service was outstanding. No pressure- honesty ALL across the board. They have all models and years available. I am already planning to get my next car at Brascar. The big dealerships are overrated and full of gimmicks- Go Brascar for changing the game!
