I had a wonderful experience with Acura Sherman Oaks. They were helpful and informative without being pushy. They really wanted to understand my needs and help me find the right fit for me. I worked with Ernest, Jimmy and Demetrio. Jimmy was so patient with me as I went from one car to another not able to make up my mind. He was totally understanding and I never felt rushed like I have at other dealerships. They were also willing to work with me to get to a deal I felt comfortable with.
