Once again, my experience with Jim Turner exceeded my expectations! I made an appointment the day before by phone explaining about a slow leak in one of my tires. They were able to get me in at a time that worked for me. I arrived and was promptly met by the service coordinator. We were directed to the waiting room which is always comfortable. The coordinator came out to tell us everything was taken care of and we would be good to go shortly. When I got back to my car the seat was just as I left it, my tire was good and they had taken care of the oil change I had requested, as well. It’s very reassuring when you can count on a dealer to do what you need done, in a timely and respectful manner.
Setting up an appointment was super easy. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and professional. Given the amount of time I’ve had to wait for service in the past at other dealerships the work was very quick. I’m very satisfied with my overall service.
Karl and the staff at Jim Turner were great. They fully understood my needs and presented different options. I am a Ford guy buying only Fords my entire life. This is my first Chevy and I am very excited. Good things are happening at Jim Turner Chevrolet. All the staff we met were friendly and you can tell they are a team all on the same page working together to meet customer needs. That stands out. I know they will take care of me and that is comforting especially since this will be my first experience with a Chevrolet.
