2013 Ford Explorer Limited

I had never trusted a car salesman until I met Sam. He has what many people lack in the car business world which is : Mechanical knowledge & integrity. I can honestly say "Integrity" is an appropriate name for his car company. I purchased a very nice Nissan 370Z from Sam. Once, getting the car home and spending some time behind the wheel I discovered a couple of important issues with my 370Z. I was worried, most car companies would have washed their hands of it and left me feeling regretful about purchasing the vehicle. They are very nice people. Very understanding. When we bought our SUV.We had problems with it after a couple months. Then they fixed it for us.We still had problems with it.We hardly drove it.We continued to make payments. Then our transmission went out on it.Been sitting in our garage ever since then.

Been dealing with Gonzalo as a customer he is very understanding about personal situations and actually cares about people’s well being. When I worked for him he really had a good understanding with customers and worked with a lot of them that was behind in payments. Just a great person in general.
