Great dealership! My wife needed a new vehicle and she wanted a Bronco. We went to a few dealerships and then to Crossroads. Met JoAnn and my wife really liked her. She picked out the one she wanted so went today to finalize the deal. Easiest process I’ve ever had buying a new car. After finalizing the deal for her Bronco, they pulled a Raptor edition up front and it caught my eye. So, I bought that one too! JoAnn and all the people there were terrific. Honest, upfront dealer. I recently purchased a 2025 Explorer from Crossroads Ford of Fuquay Varina. Best experience EVER when purchasing a new vehicle! The salesperson, Paul, that I worked with was great as were Derek, sales manager, and Frank, finance manager. All were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I’d strongly recommend this dealership for your next purchase and this is coming from someone that usually dislikes the normal purchase process!

I bought a Ford Maverick earlier this year and love it SO MUCH! Today I took it into Crossroads for service because I ran over a screw which embedded in my tire. Nathan in the service department went above and beyond the call of duty to get my tire replaced. The service department at Crossroads really impressed me. Nathan got the new tire more quickly than I anticipated and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Crossroads for a great deal on a vehicle and amazing service as well!
