2017 Ford Explorer Limited FWD

Very pleasant experience. I knew what I wanted and they had it. Most of the deal was done on line. Just paperwork and approve of the vehicle in person. Took a little over an hour. I will go there again.Jenna was an excellent salesperson.

Jolly was great. He got me the car I wanted at an excellent price and I was very satisfied with my trade in allowance. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend ALM and Jolly.

This was initially going to be a one-star review .Be careful when you buy a car from here .They have fees that they don't really disclose before you sit down to make a deal .Fees of 4k non-negotiable items that weren't performed, btw .The first financial manager needs a bit more people skills training .(Im really being nice here )We we're leaving the parking lot, and Jenna Littlefield came out to us and apologized for his behavior .She asked what could be done .She took care of the fees and we bought the car .I don't mind paying some fees, but 4k ? ????Ray was gracious enough to stay over his shift to close our deal .We drove over two hours one way .Thank you, Jenna !!
