Have purchased a few vehicles from Pidi over the years. This week, my partner and I purchased a truck that we weren’t happy with. We paid for the vehicle with cash in full. Pidi was very understanding and worked with us to resolve the issue. In under 24hrs from purchasing, a resolution was reached. Will definitely do business again and am happy that we have an established a good relationship with the team. I see plenty of negative reviews from this dealership, but the reality of it is, they’re used cars. Things happen, if you communicate, the owner will try his best to make things right.
